Project requirement
On the already-occupied, retail-filled commercial site, the 15 Leeland Road project was proposed. After recommending some modest changes to the first floor as it was, the construction of 2 additional floors to add 8 more apartments was suggested. The current project’s total plot area is around 442 square yards.
Our Proposal
Planning drawing & 3D massing
We suggested the planning drawing for the construction of 8 new flats on an existing commercial property for the housing development at 15 Leeland Road. The location is being taken into consideration for the building stage. In the future, we will prepare working drawings and 3D massing for the same.
