Nestled within the enchanting, verdant woodlands of Ganeshpur, amidst a multitude of farms, a client sought our expertise to craft an opulent hotel and to transform the farm landscape for their forthcoming hospitality venture. The project entailed not only the creation of a new hotel but also the revitalization of the existing farm areas. The client’s vision was to fashion a hotel with a European aesthetic, characterized by distinctive pitched roof designs. They aspired to provide spacious, well-appointed rooms, and on the pinnacle of the structure, luxurious penthouses would offer breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty. This endeavor represents an exciting opportunity to harmonize modern comfort and sophistication with the timeless allure of a tranquil forest setting, creating a unique retreat that seamlessly blends European elegance with the captivating allure of Ganeshpur’s lush landscape.

Project requirement
The expansive farm spans over 18 bighas and features designated areas for a variety of amenities. Positioned nearly at the farm’s central front, the client envisioned the creation of a European-style hotel with a grand appearance. To enhance the overall aesthetics and provide recreational opportunities, it was planned to encircle the hotel with an 18-foot wide canal that meanders through the property. The project is currently in the design phase, where careful consideration is given to every detail. The hotel design encompasses 13 generously proportioned rooms, each equipped with attached bathrooms to ensure guest comfort. Additionally, the plan includes two luxurious penthouses, as well as a welcoming reception area, making it a comprehensive and elegant destination for visitors seeking both relaxation and a touch of European charm amid the idyllic landscape.

We were entrusted with a multifaceted task to design and plan the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for the project, adhering to ISHRAE standards. This included implementing a sophisticated VRV system for both space cooling and heating, setting up domestic hot and cold water lines, establishing a robust drainage system, and creating an efficient electrical system. To ensure optimal water pressure and supply in every room, including the penthouses, a comprehensive booster pump system was incorporated, using state-of-the-art machinery.

Taking a holistic approach to this project, we were also granted the exciting opportunity to craft the interior spaces and produce a captivating 3D walkthrough complete with images for our client. This immersive experience allows the client to visualize the project’s interior and exterior, ensuring that their vision aligns perfectly with the final outcome. Furthermore, we are assuming an additional role in hotel marketing by developing brochures that showcase the farm house, hotel, and the various amenities in the vicinity. This comprehensive involvement enables us to oversee the entire project from its inception, ensuring that it takes shape according to our client’s expectations and requirements.
