It was proposed to construct a residential development project at 37–42 Broadway in London. Following discussions with clients and stakeholders, our project architects came up with the first project design. It is a four-story project with four apartments that has all necessary amenities like amenity space, mansard, and more.

At 37–42 Broadway in London, a new construction is proposed to create 4 new flats for residential purposes. To optimize the use of the available area, the existing project’s flat plans incorporate studio as well as multi-bedroom flats. Along with a wide corridor, a suitable parking and amenity area were built for the residents. All apartments’ interior spaces were created using modern architecture.

We recommended the planning drawing for the development of 4 new apartments at 37-42 Broadway in London. Along with the planning drawing, 3D massing is also included. We will create working drawings and building regulations for the same in the future.
