The design and construction of the 132 Harlington Road residential building project was directly under the supervision of our project architects. Our project architects prepared the first project design after holding meetings with clients and stakeholders. This was followed by the working drawings needed for relevant budgets and site regulations. Finally, during the construction phase, the project was continuously monitored.

Project requirement
In contrast to the existing design, the housing project at 132 Harlington Road needed to add a first story and make some elevation changes. The construction area was about 220 sq yd.
Our Proposal
Planning drawing & 3D massing
For the home development at 132 Harlington Road, we proposed the planning drawing. This covered the first floor’s projected construction as well as specific exterior elevation changes. In accordance with the client’s request, we also offered the 3D massing for a thorough description of the suggested plan. In order to offer timely project completion, we cooperated with the associated builder chosen by the client during the construction period.
