The design and construction of the apartment complex on Smitham Bottom Lane in London was one of our most important architectural undertakings. We did a site survey after meetings with the client and other project stakeholders. Next followed the proper working drawings that included the budget and site regulations. The planning stage of the project has begun. Work in progress drawings will be created as the next step.

Project requirement
The proposal location has two existing buildings. The client wants to build new homes and apartments after tearing down the old ones. To cover the proposed site, our proposed plans show 6 flats up front and 3 houses in back. Within a flat complex, there are three two-bedroom apartments, two three-bedroom apartments, and one studio apartment.

Planning drawing & 3D massing
For the project development at Smitham Bottom Lane in London, where two houses will be converted into a 6-flat system up front and three houses behind, we have created a planning drawing. We have also given the suggested design a thorough 3D massing in accordance to the client’s requirement. The creation of working drawings and dialogue with other stakeholders about the addition of other engineering services will be the steps to be followed.
