One of our architectural projects was the design and construction of the residential building on Beach Avenue in Ruislip. Following client and other stakeholder meetings for this project, we conducted a site survey. The proper working drawings that covered site regulations and budget came next. Last but not least, the project was continually watched over during the construction process.

Project Requirement
We suggested converting an existing single old structure into a four-flat system. First, the old building was razed to the ground, and then four new flats—two on the first floor and two on the ground—with a total cover area of around 170 square yards—were built.

Planning drawing & 3D massing
We developed a planning drawing for the project development at Beach Avenue in Ruislip to transform a single-house structure into a four-flat system. In response to the client’s request, we also provided a detailed 3D massing of the suggested plan. We worked together with the related builder selected by the client during the construction phase to provide timely project completion.
