Project requirement
Following a meticulous evaluation of the site, a fresh planning concept emerged, taking into consideration the neighboring structures and their impact on the overall site aesthetics. Given the increased size of the proposed building, a thorough daylight and sunlight assessment was conducted to ensure that the rights to adequate light and sunshine for our clients were not compromised.
